JASPER – LNBTI Research Platform

JASPER is the official research platform of LNBTI, established to promote and strengthen the research culture among students and academic staff. It serves as a structured avenue for research dissemination, academic collaboration, and scholarly development within the institution. JASPER comprises two key components: the JASPER Research Symposium and the JASPER Research Journal.

The first JASPER Research Symposium, held on 26 September 2025, successfully brought together students, academics, and researchers to present research findings, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful academic discussions. Building on this foundation, LNBTI plans to launch the JASPER Research Journal in March 2026, providing a peer-reviewed platform for publishing original research and scholarly work.

JASPER is conducted as an annual academic event and is designed to encourage research engagement across disciplines. It aims to:

  • Foster critical thinking and research skills among students
  • Support academic staff in scholarly publication
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Enhance the overall research output and visibility of LNBTI

Through the continued organization of symposiums and journal publications, JASPER aspires to contribute to the long-term development of a vibrant and sustainable research culture at LNBTI.
