This has been one of my biggest goals, and achieving it means a lot to me, as I have been working toward it for past four years. I joined LNBTI four years back in 2021, with a vision to go to Japan and start my career as a software engineer. From the start, I focused on improving my technical knowledge and skills by actively engaging in lectures and working on various projects. Alongside academics, I manage to spare certain time for Japanese studies within my day’s schedule. University life was not that easy for me, there were ups and downs but staying consistent and believing in myself helped me to move forward. Getting selected by a famous Japanese IT company wasn’t just an overnight achievement – in my image it reflects just the dedication and effort I put in over four years at LNBTI. I’m incredibly grateful to my lecturers, friends and parents who helped and supported me throughout this journey. To all my juniors – keep working hard and stay positive. There will be hard times, but support each other and stay focused on your ultimate goal. As LNBTI provides you with great learning opportunities, take advantage of them and improve your technical skills along with your Japanese proficiency. I would rely on this path and ensures your future success. Good Luck!” Special Note: According to Japanese business practices, companies are allowed to offer informal job offers, known as Nai-Naitei, to students before they officially graduate.
