LNBTI Inaugural Convocation 2025 Celebrates First Computing Degree Graduates
LNBTI held its Inaugural Convocation 2025 on 14th November at the BMICH, Colombo, awarding degrees to the first cohort of BSc (Hons) Computing (Information Systems) students. This marks a major milestone for Sri Lankan students seeking a globally recognised computing degree and software engineering degree with a direct pathway to careers in Japan. The convocation was graced by H.E. Mr. Akio Isomata, Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka, and the LNBTI leadership team: Mr. Koga Michio (Founding Chairman), Mr. Kazuyuki Ikura (Chairman), Mr. Dinesh Saparamadu (Deputy Chairman), Prof. Ananda Kumara (Vice Chancellor/President), Mr. Saman Kumara, and Mr. Ravindra Perera (Directors), together with distinguished VIP guests. Special awards honoured academic excellence and leadership.
