About JASPER 2026
Introduction
The Japan–Sri Lanka Partnership in Education and Research (JASPER) symposium is an annual academic initiative of Lanka Nippon BizTech Institute (LNBTI) aimed at promoting research culture, student innovation, and international academic collaboration. Building on the success of the 2025 symposium, JASPER 2026 intends to enhance international visibility through stronger engagement with Japanese partner universities and a more focused academic programme.

Please complete your registration using the official form before 19th September 2025:
Registration Requirement
- All presenting authors must register individually under the Author category.
- Co-authors who wish to attend must register individually under the Participant category.
- Co-authors who are not attending are not required to register; however, their names will still appear in the symposium proceedings.
- Authors associated with multiple papers must register separately for each paper.
- If you are listed as an author in one paper and a co-author in another, you will receive separate certificates for each role.
Special Guidelines for LNBTI Student Authors
- Papers must be submitted only after supervisor approval.
- The supervisor’s name must be included as a co-author.
- Affiliation and abstract format must follow the structure below:

- The abstract must be a single justified paragraph.

Presentation Guidelines – JASPER 2025
We are delighted to announce that your abstract has been accepted for the PowerPoint presentation at JASPER 2025, taking place on 26th September 2025 at the LNBTI City Building.
The official PowerPoint template (with instructions on the last two slides) must be used for preparing your presentation. The detailed agenda and session schedule will be shared separately.
