LNBTI Japanese IT University provided students with a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Japanese culture through a special Japanese Culture and Tea Ceremony Workshop held at LNBTI.
Students from schools across Colombo had the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to authentic Japanese traditions, cultural values, and customs through this engaging cultural experience.
Discovering Japanese Culture and Tradition
The workshop was conducted by Prof. Yamashita and Prof. Keiko Hattori from Kindai University, Japan, who introduced students to various aspects of Japanese culture and the elegant art of the traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony.
Through the workshop, students were able to experience Japanese traditions in a meaningful and interactive way while gaining a deeper appreciation of the cultural values and practices that form an important part of Japanese society.
The Tea Ceremony experience provided students with a closer look at the importance of harmony, respect, and mindfulness within Japanese culture.
Bringing Japan Closer to Sri Lankan Students
