Career Development Hub of LNBTI Organized a Lesson for Developing Consensus Mindset: Fourth-Year Students Engage in Group Activity with Prof. Yuri Sadoi to Explore Japanese Work Culture

Fourth-year students (UOG 01) of LNBTI took part in a group activity aimed at
developing a consensus mindset, in collaboration with the Visiting Professor. Yuri Sadoi.
The exercise simulated the Japanese work approach, where group activities are integral
to workplace dynamics. Through this experience, students gained valuable insights into
teamwork, communication, and cultural expectations, all essential for thriving in
Japanese workplaces.
