Let’s talk about daily life
This International Interactive session on the “Border-less round table in the era of Digital transformation” will be held on 26th February 2022 with the participation of school students of Japan, Sri Lanka, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh for the 3rd consecutive time via Zoom.
Purpose of the project Among remote islands and distant continents, the world is connected even during pandemic periods thanks to the Digital Transformation Era. Young people would create a sustainable world beyond 2025 for problem which will come after just three years, and they are expected to do so even after 20 years, and 100 years or so. Therefore, it is to create a platform for the young people from several countries to gather and talk about their daily life (i.e., food, fun, learning, hobbies etc.) to feel and understand cultural differences, different languages, common thoughts and wishes of people through this new form of international exchange. Hopefully, this program will allow the participants to create a set of values which would lead them for a brighter future in the era of Digital Transformation.

Host Venue: Kikai Town Hall (Kikai Island, Kagoshima, Japan)
Participating Island Countries/Regions:
★ Islands: Kikai Island(Japan), Colombo(Sri Lanka), Tinian(Northern Mariana Islands), Majuro(Marshall Islands)
★ Other regions: Bangkok(Thailand), Hanoi(Vietnam), Dhaka(Bangladesh)

This International Interactive session on the “Border-less round table in the era of Digital transformation” was held on 26th February 2022 (8.30am – 10.30am SLST) with the participation of school students of Japan, Sri Lanka, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh for the 3rd consecutive time via Zoom.
The young people from several countries got a chance to discuss their daily life patterns in their different like styles (i.e., food, fun, learning, hobbies etc.) to feel and understand cultural diversity, different languages, common thoughts and wishes of people through this new form of international exchange.
This program was allowed the participants to create a set of values which would lead them for a brighter future in the era of digital transformation. This Project was content with two sessions


All participants appreciated LNBTI for conducting these types of International Interactive sessions. Being a Japanese-based IT higher education institute, our intention is to educate and develop the youth to become resourceful young and strong professionals who could join the IT industry in Sri Lanka, Japan, or Worldwide.
