LNBTI Japanese IT University has joined hands with A-PAD Sri Lanka to support recovery efforts following Cyclone Ditwah, strengthening a shared commitment to community wellbeing and humanitarian support.
Representatives from LNBTI visited the A-PAD Sri Lanka office on 15 June 2026, marking the beginning of this collaborative initiative. The visit was led by Prof. Ananda Kumara, Vice Chancellor and President of LNBTI, and Prof. Manjula Sandirigama, Director of the Global Centre.
The LNBTI representatives were warmly welcomed by the A-PAD Sri Lanka team, with discussions focusing on opportunities to work together in supporting communities affected by the cyclone and contributing to recovery and resilience efforts.
Through this collaboration, LNBTI aims to contribute its resources, expertise, and community network towards meaningful initiatives that support those affected and help strengthen community resilience.
