Senior Executives from CAC Holdings Visit LNBTI to Explore Recruitment Opportunities for Students

Senior executives from CAC Holdings and its Indian branch visited Lanka Nippon BizTech Institute (LNBTI) to explore the possibility of recruiting LNBTI students for employment opportunities in both Japan and India.
CAC Holdings is a well-established international organization with a workforce of more than 4,700 employees across its branches in Japan and other countries. The visit marked another important step in strengthening LNBTI’s mission of creating meaningful global career pathways for Sri Lankan students, especially in the Japanese IT industry.
During the visit, the delegation held discussions with Mr. Ikura Kazuyuki, Chairman of LNBTI, and Prof. Ananda Kumara, Vice Chancellor of LNBTI. The discussions focused on potential collaboration, student recruitment opportunities, and the skills expected from graduates who wish to work in Japan and India. Mr. Sadoi Toshiyuki, Head of the Japanese Language Department, also joined the discussion, highlighting the importance of Japanese language proficiency and cultural understanding in preparing students for international employment.
This visit further reflects the growing recognition of LNBTI as a higher education institute that prepares students not only with technical knowledge, but also with the language skills, confidence, and cultural awareness required to succeed in international workplaces.
LNBTI continues to build strong links with Japanese and international companies to create valuable employment pathways for its graduates and to support Sri Lankan youth in achieving successful global careers.
