In a remarkable achievement, Prof. Ananda Kumara, the Vice Chancellor of LNBTI, the esteemed Japanese IT university in Sri Lanka, has been honored with the 2023 𝙅𝒂π™₯𝒂𝙣 π™π’π™§π’†π™žπ’ˆπ™£ π™ˆπ’Šπ™£π’Šπ™¨π’•π™šπ’“’𝒔 𝑨𝙬𝒂𝙧𝒅 on 15th September, 2023 at the Japanese Ambassador’s Residence in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Prof. Ananda Kumara’s dedication to Japan’s education landscape spans over 40 years, and he has notably served as the founding dean for the Faculty of Foreign Studies at Meijo University in Japan.

His Excellency Mr. MIZUKOSHI Hideaki, the Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka initiated this official ceremony together with local and foreign delegates, at his residence in Maitland Palace, Colombo 07.
