Who should Apply:
- For students who like / interest in programming and who are doing ICT or related subject for O/L or A/L
- For those who are passionate in building a career in embedded software development
What you get
- Hands-on experience and a complete introduction to embedded software development
- Expert guidance and support
- Certificate issued by Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry
- Fully funded internship in Japan for students who excel in the training program
- Ability to make use of this certificate when applying for a related job in Japan or in Sri Lanka

- This is a free program
- Registration for the program will be through a selection test
- Conducted in English medium with the support of the government of Japan
- Blended mode delivery
Schedule
- Opening ceremony: November 1st
- Online learning: November 1st – December 31st
- Technical knowledge check sheet submission: January 5th – January 11th
Why you should apply
Participating students will get a unique chance to enhance embedded software development skills. Well performing students will get a chance to work in Japan as an internship for 6 months. Travelling and accommodate is provided by METI
