Another LNBTI Student Receives a Job Offer from a Japanese IT Company, Re-ensuring the Uniqueness of LNBTI’s New Academic Model: “Study in Sri Lanka and Professional IT Job in Japan”

In a remarkable achievement, another LNBTI student has successfully secured a conditional job offer from a prestigious Japanese IT company, further validating the effectiveness of the institution’s academic model. This milestone not only showcases the student’s individual talents and dedication but also highlights the quality of education and training provided at LNBTI. The institution’s commitment to equipping students with practical skills and global industry exposure has once again proven to be a key factor in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional success. She explained experience at LNBTI as follows:

“After four years of dedication, learning, and commitment, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received a job offer as a software engineer from a famous Japanese IT Company** in Japan. This has been one of my biggest goals, and achieving it means a lot to me, as I have been working toward it for past four years.

I joined LNBTI four years back in 2021, with a vision to go to Japan and start my career as a software engineer. From the start, I focused on improving my technical knowledge and skills by actively engaging in lectures and working on various projects. Alongside academics, I manage to spare certain time for Japanese studies within my day’s schedule. University life was not that easy for me, there were ups and downs but staying consistent and believing in myself helped me to move forward.

Getting selected by a famous Japanese IT company wasn’t just an overnight achievement – in my image it reflects just the dedication and effort I put in over four years at LNBTI. I’m incredibly grateful to my lecturers, friends and parents who helped and supported me throughout this journey.

To all my juniors – keep working hard and stay positive. There will be hard times, but support each other and stay focused on your ultimate goal. As LNBTI provides you with great learning opportunities, take advantage of them and improve your technical skills along with your Japanese proficiency. However, the names of the companies and the prospective employees are generally kept confidential in line with standard Japanese business protocols and regulations.
