Pedagogical Training for LNBTI Staff
LNBTI organized a special training session for its academic staff on December 28th, 2024. The training focused on improving teaching methods, known as Pedagogical Training, and aimed to enhance the quality of education provided by the institute. The session was conducted by YouLead. All academic staff members participated in the full-day training program, which ran from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. It was a valuable opportunity for the staff to learn new techniques and strategies to enrich their teaching practices and benefit their students.
During the training program, several important areas were covered to enhance teaching practices and educational methodologies:

By covering these diverse areas, the training aimed to equip LNBTI’s academic staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality education and support the holistic development of their students.
